Just to let
you know that Donald had the 'op' last Thursday and is absolutely fine.... I
must tell you that the vet said Donald was in briliant condition and was a
beautiful rabbit. When I explained to her that I had bought him off you
and would recommend anyone buying a rabbit from you, she said that she had heard
of SedgyStud and that you had a brilliant reputation, I can only agree!!
Donald brings the whole family so much pleasure and I even caught my Dad sitting
talking to him the other afternoon stroking Donald's ears....I just want to
thank you for everything you have done because I have waited a lot of years to
get a rabbit like Donald. Thanks so much again Jan and take care Love
Michelle and Donald. |

Dear Jan, You will be so proud of this! Ollie went for his myxamatosis
injection today and the vet said that he's the most friendly, well kept,
good natured rabbit that she's ever treated. The vet's nurse gave him a big
cuddle and said she wanted to keep him! The vet asked where he had come from
etc and she is really impressed with all of your advice and care info. She
said he's a credit to you! And to Emily because he is so bonded with her. He
was such a little star. Speak to you soon, we are really glad we found you,
Andrea, x |
Hi Jan,
Just to let you know Dougal is doing great, he's settled in well, loving cuddles
& spends most of the time lifting his ear up so he can have tickles
underneath it. He's eaten according to your plan, drinking well and using his
litter tray. He really is a beautiful Rabbit with a lovely temprement. Thanks
Again Marie |

Lily is such a lovely little bun and is always bouncing around in the house.
She loves cuddles and atention, and goes crazy when I bring her food out each
morning. Everyone in the family loves her and she is so funny - got a
great personality. She is curious about everything. She's also getting good at
using her litter tray in the kitchen! Thanks so much for an adorable little
bunny, she was well worth the travel and the wait. Sian

Hi Jan,
Just thought I would drop you a quick note to let you know how well Harvey has
settled in. He is probably the most laid back member of our family and
seems to take everything in his stride. He has a very healthy appetite and
loves being the centre of attention. He likes nothing better than sitting
on your shoulder being stroked while he looks out into the garden. He is
great with everyone and happy to have a cuddle from whoever will sit still long
enough (even our cockatiel is getting used to him and now they will sit together
- Fluff wasn't too sure at first but seems to have decided that Harvey isn't
much of a threat), he especially loves Charlotte and is always watching to see
where she is and what she is doing. He loves to play at running behind you
when you are sitting on the sofa and if you are sitting too far back for him to
do this will nudge you with his head until you move forward. As I
predicted, he spends considerably more time in the house than he does in his
hutch and is always sitting by the door in the morning and when the children get
in from school, waiting to be fed and played with. will send you
some pictures when I get organised - we have rather a lot to choose from!!
Thanks again for everything. Best wishes.

HI Jan
I can't thank
you enough for Poppy, she is gorgeous! and what an enjoyable experience it
was buying her from you, waiting for her to be born and watching her grow.
She has settled
in ok, I expected her to bury herself in her bed for the first day but she
didn't, she was running round exploring her hutch or looking out.

Hi Jan Just thought I’d send you a photo as promised of Jazzy with the boys, so
here it is! They’ve settled in really well, Jazzy loves them to bits of
course but I think I’m more attached to them now than she is!
Sumo is so laid back it’s unbelievable, he will sit in Jazzy’s arms cuddled up
like a baby for ages. Take care, Emma

Hi Jan Just to let
you know how Bumble(mini lop) & Bee (Lionhead) are getting along - thought
you might like these pics.
Bumble is really
mischevious - he's in to everything - he makes us laugh all the time with
his funny ways, Bee is a little more reserved, she's quite happy to snooze
the day away - that is when food is not around - and then she's quite
liveley. She has got the biggest feet i have ever seen, they are massive!!
They get along really well together - and are so much fun to look after.
Thanks for all your help in the beginning - choosing them and and all the
info, you were really helpful.
Really sweet
bunnies. !! Bye for now Joanne & Hannah

hi jan, its linzi, i was looking at ur testimonials the other day and
thought id send u some epics of bertie and lilly. They are both fine, having
both been neutered/spayed and are happily living together again.
Bertie is a bit bigger than Lilly now, and heavier, i dnt think he eats more
food though coz she is well covered, will it just be the difference in breed
or coz hes a boy?
They are both very lively and love the garden - when im on cat watch - and
are now living in the garage at night time because its sooo cold. They both
also love cuddles and being brushed, and also love brown toast and little
bits of broccoli. Thanks Linzi |
|
Hi do you
recognise these two ?
As you can see they have
grown they are lovely and keep us amused with there antics
I had a little rabbit
house made for them in their pen but when it rains they sit huddled up in
the rain outside of it
They love running around
the pen and in on and chewing cardboard boxes even the vet said they have
lovely natures
Magic is more
adventurous while fluffy is cautious

Hi we emailed you a little while ago about
buying a bunny but we where too far away from you. But we have managed to
get a new bunny called Peter. Many thanks for your help and we have been
studying your pages for help and advice. And once Peter is settled we
are going to place an order for a christmas hamper for him. Your advice
pages have been a great help especially the ones about swapping foods and
introducing veggies etc. We have scanned alot of so called experts
pages and none so far have had the level of advice and common sense approach
you have. please keep up the good work. Kyran, Charlie, Jane and
PETER. |

Hi Jan, We've finally got a computer and
decided to tell you a little about Poppy's progress. She's one year
old in Feb and this is her first christmas with us. Poppy has really
bonded with us and (from a previous rabbit novice) having read all the books
shows signs that she's comfortable and happy. She threw herself on her
side three times tonight and let me stroke her and is a real joy to have.
When I work out my computer I'll send you some pics of her. But I'd
like to thank you personally because Kelly (and Gizmo) have been my contacts
thus far! Jennifer is thrilled to bits and each day she does something
new and appealing. Thanks so much, we've not had a rabbit before not
bought over the internet, but she's everything we hoped for and more.
I actually bought her for Jennifer's birthday in april but have to admit
that I've grown extremely attached to her.

Hi Jan, me and Milly just wanted to wish
you a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. I can't believe Milly
is 9 months old. She brings endless moments of joy and is definately
the 'Queen Bee' in our home. She loves playing chasies round the
living room and loves her kisses and cuddles (as do I). Her favourite
activities are running up and down the stairs, hiding under the bed and
grooming my fluffy slippers! I love her to bits and I am in no doubt that
she will be spoilt rotton this Christmas!! (Why not!). Best wishes for
2005. Catherine and Milly XX

| Hi Jan, Hope all is well with you
and your extended bunny family! Valerie and I send you our very best wishes this
Christmas and hope you have a happy and properous New Year. Jessicah is just
wonderful! She loves Jaspah to bits and they both are having the greatest fun
pulling up bits of our carpet behind the setee and slowly eating their way
through the back of said furniture! What it is to be an animal lover. Please see
the attached pictures of our horrors - yes, butter would not melt . . . !!!!
Regards, Valerie & Paul

Hi Jan Just
thought I would mail you and wish you a happy new year from our household.
Have a couple of lovely pics of the bun himself which I will send to you
shortly. We let him outside for the first time on Boxing day when we had
all that snow. I was really surprised, he was facinated!
Only kept him out for about 5 mins or so though cos I didn't want him to
catch cold!. He is proving to be an absolutely lovely
little fellow and a really nice pet. He is friendy, affectionate, and
although he is well on the way to maturity, is showing no signs of
agressiveness or territorial prowness. He spends most evenings with
us in the lounge and after the initial "mad" 20 minutes of tearing round the
furniture, he loves to come and sit with us on the lounge floor and grooms
himself and us!! He does not chew the wires,
or the skirting boards or my kitchen unit cupboards (cos he is based in the
utility room). and if he runs around the tv and the wires are in his
way, he just moves them. doesn't chew them. he is really funny
--- but of course he is supervised all the time. (Our last
rabbit so was distructive,-- I still have the signs showing, i.e.
chewed skiring boards, ripped wall paper, you name it -- she
chewed it!
Anyway, Alfie is
settling down really nicely, (and I don't know if you remember, but I wanted
a male cos our last bunny but one was a boy and he was really lovely and we
were devistated to have lost him but Alfie is proving to be as good as - if
not better than Benson. He is adorable But of course you
knew that anyway!! Wishing you a Happy and prosperous and
successful new year . Aileen

Dear Jan, Just to let you know Snowball has settled in well, she has
made a great partner for my other bunny and they both seem very happy,
spending most of their time snuggled up together. Snowball is very friendly
and calm and is a credit to you. A big thank you once
again. Happy New Year From Emma and Andrew Foster P.S you can see a
picture of both bunnys in the attatchment below.

Jan, Just a note to say that Chilli has settled in very well and is
getting on great with Cheeky. The earlier problem of Cheeky trying to mount
Chilli is still there, but she definately encourages him, so what can I say.
It will be a couple of months yet before they will be able to share the same
hutch. This is to allow time for her to grow a little, otherwise there is no
problem with them bonding - I have attached a couple of pics to show how
well they are getting on: Will drop a pic or two in near future

Hi Jan,
Just thought I'd let you know how Wes is getting on, where to start?!
He has settled in really well, and is being a complete joy, we can't imagine
life without him now. Hes very affectionate and loves tucking his head
into my neck when he has a cuddle, he also likes lazing around with us on
the sofa in his little fleecy bed (pic attached). Recently he has (as
he has got braver) taken to clambering around the sofa climbing on us and
scampering around the run we made for him in the living room. I bought
him lots of rabbit toys but it seems that his favourite toy is a little
cardboard box that I fill with hay each day (typical!) Hes going
to the vets for his first vaccination tomorrow, hopefully he won't mind too
much. Thank you so much for our lovely bunny!
Best Wishes Jo

Hi
Jan,
Just got these developed and thought you might like to see them.As you can
see, Basil is perfectly at home now and the one of him with Elle has just
got him down to a tee - whenever you sit down he wants to sit on your knee
and snuggle in. He loves his snuggly bed and we have moved him in to the
house for the winter. He loves it and goes mad when all the kids come in to
play. They let him out and he chases them about the living room. He is such
a great natured wee thing and we wouldn't be without him. cheers Jacqui

"Just thought I would drop you an e mail and update you on my little baby
Stanley. He's such a character and lots of fun. he loves being cuddled and
stroked and wants attention all the time. He follows me everywhere I go
and can Race up and down the stairs. He knows what "dinner" means and come
running when you shout Dinner. Bo Bo's mean Bed time and he will run into his
room when I call him for bed. He's very clever and loves licking your nose when
he's happy. He loves people and enjoys all the attention he gets when people
come round. He never runs off and isn't shy at all. I pick him up all the time
and he often gets into a little ball by my feet when he wants a cuddle or
picking up. He's turned into such a lovely Bunny. Everyone says he is like a
teddy. Anyway hope you are well and keep up the good work. Kind Regards Jane" |

Just thought we would send you a quick email to say that Pixie seems to be
settling in well. She has been investigating her new hutch and eating the
hay that we have put in.... She is lovely and we are looking forward to her
becoming part our family. Erica and Noel"
"Some
pictures of Pixie as promised. She is doing really well and is coming in the
house every evening for a run around. The dogs just ignore her and she uses them
as spring boards to get up on the sofa! Its lovely to see them all getting on so
well, we didn't think it would happen so quickly. She is a real little
character! Erica & Noel"

|
"Just thought I would email you to let you know the wee man is fine. We have
decided to call him Anoubis (newbie
) for short, as he is the new bun. Thanks he is lovely, I am getting lots
of cuddles from him, and misty seems to like him though we are introducing them
slowly. If I get some good pics I will send them to
you. I could swear he has grown overnight he seems bigger today than yesterday!
Polly."

"I just
thought I'd let you know the new bunny is settling in well...he was a bit
sad and quiet when you first left for a bit, but soon picked up when I let
him have a bit space to get used to his new home. He's really happy today
though, and is playing with his new toys and jumping around so he must be
felling better. We still haven't decided on a name yet though, he's a great
little character and it's so hard to choose. I hope his mum is coping okay,
and his brother has settled into his new home okay too. Thanks again for all
your help. I'll keep in touch with his progress if you want me too, and send
pics when I get some. Bye for now Tracy"
|
Hi Jan Just thought it was about time we sent you a picture of Dizzy(Pat as I
think you called him). He's completly different and grown up alot from
that first day we picked him up, we can't believe the difference when we
see the photos from then to now. The rest of the famliy where abit
scepticale at first but they all love him to bits now and we're lucky he hasn't
been kidnapped, we've even had to pass on your details to a few other people.
Anyway thanks again and we hope the picture shows how he's grown. Regards

"Just thought I'd send you another wee update on Zoe! She is doing very
well indeed. I absolutely LOVE her to bits!!! When I get home from
work, I go and pick her up from her cage and we have a cuddle for 5-10 minutes,
then she gets a run around while I'm getting the dinner ready. She is a
good bunny really but she has taken a real shine to our new plant! .... We
also have full length mirror doors in the hall and she runs up and down in
front of them! I think she thinks its another rabbit bless her! She
also likes trying to chew the shoes in the hall and going up and down the
stairs!! She is very active I can tell you! I really love having her
so much and she will sit in my arms for a cuddle which is lovely for me because
Bob (previous bunny) never let me! I notice a massive difference in
temperament between the 2 rabbits - and I would definatley say that was down to
you! I think she is a happy wee bun! Hope you and all your buns are
well ! Enjoy the photos when they come! Jenni + Zoe"

"A pleasure to finally have meet you this afternoon. Just a quick note
to thank you for everything and to let you know that little Harvey has
settled in with no problems. He ate 98% of his food, has been eating the
straw on and off all day, and has got through a quarter a bottle of water,
and is now fast asleep! I promise to take very good care of him and keep you
updated with photos, once I finally get around to buying a digital camera.

" ......Basil is brillaint with the kids and we brought him in to
the house every day last week cos the weather was awful. He was in my daughter's
room and saw himself in the mirrored wardrobes and kept going up to them and
licking them. He just loves to be cuddled and is now very happy. I have attached
a picture taken on Friday so you can see that he's quite happy and that he is
actually getting bigger. Cheers, Jacqui"

" just a short note to
say how very happy we are with the rabbit and the "pig" ! now named
charlie(the rabbit) after the lead singer of busted,my daughters choice, and

picked up as soon as we open the hutch, and is very, very happy to sit on his
new blanket on someones knee in front of the tv every evening. fudge
(piggie) is starting to be a little more confident and does like to be
cuddled when you can get hold of him! both are feeding well and are very
much loved by the twins (and the rest of us!) a huge thank you again,

Rhuairi's doing well and is friendly and utterly adorable ! I just love
when she lies down with her wee feet sticking out !!
Just a wee note to let you know that Rhuairi and I are getting on really
well ! She always goes back to her cage when she needs the toilet and
comes running to me when I say her name - most of the time anyway !
She LOVES cables and has nibbled my digital phone charger, so had to chuck
it out - that's my fault though ! She also loves to scratch the carpet
and pull individual sections out !
She's SO gorgeous though and I just love it when she falls asleep on my
knee !

"Please see attached
photo of Oliver with Rebecca, as you can see he is very well and dos'nt seem
to have had any problems settling in to his new home. The four hour car
journey did'nt bother him in the least, as soon as we had him home and in
his cage he was drinking and eating hay like nothing had happened, he is
very laid back and is happy to be petted every day. The guinea pigs are'nt
sure about him though; they growl if they catch sight of him. But I think
they will soon get over it when they meet him properly,(we hav'nt let them
out of their cage at the same time as Oliver). He really is a wonderful
little character and well worth the travel, Rebecca tells everyone he came
from Scotland!!! I hope you are keeping well and don't miss him too much, I
can assure you he will be very well looked after and loved. Regards Graham"

"Thank you very much for

to sit and listen and have a cuddle. Bye for now. Thanks Gill.

'Dillon' has settled in
really well, and is very comfortable in Caitlin's bedroom. He is
eating and drinking well, and is becoming more adventurous in the area we
allow him to play in at the moment. He is also becoming really good at
using his litter trays inside and outside his cage. He is an absolute
delight, and we would like to thank you once again for the ease in which we
were able to buy him. We are still visiting your website for
information. Best wishes Gillian

Four weeks have past since we collected the two bunnies( Rosie and Amber ).
They have settled in very quickly and are now a part of the family.
They are very friendly and loving bunnies who love company and lots of cuddles.
We are in the process of litter training them at the moment and are about to
start giving them vegetables. They are giving us a great amount of
pleasure and are getting on well with the whole family including the dog.
